Operations and Marketing Coordinator

This position is ideal for an outgoing candidate who would like to enter the digital marketing space in an entry-level capacity.  We are looking for an Operations and Marketing Coordinator to work directly as the “right hand” to our Sales team members. This person will assist with the day‐to‐day contact of existing company accounts and offering client support. In this role, you will learn how to establish relationships with clients, develop an understanding of client needs and account challenges.

Additional operational responsibilities will include:

​

• Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.

• Attend meetings and keep minutes

• Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate

• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

• Make travel arrangements for executives

 

Requirements:

• Comfortable engaging with clients

• Enjoys cultivating positive relationships and possess a natural ability to connect with people

• Communicates effectively through written and verbal methods

• Highly proactive, efficient, and goal‐oriented

• Naturally curious and demonstrates an eagerness to learn

• Exceptionally organized, meets deadlines, and able to multi-task

• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint

• Able to work independently and within a team environment

• General understanding of marketing/advertising concepts and methods

• 1‐2 years of professional experience at a media, tech or digital marketing company, within a client-facing role preferred

• BA/BS degree
