Digital Media Buyer:

A Digital Media Buyer is responsible for the daily management and optimization of digital marketing campaigns on their publisher book of business. This position will assist in strategy and planning responsibilities including research and insights derived from past campaign performance and monthly forecasting. A thorough, hands on knowledge of Google’s Double Click Ad Products (Google Ads & DCM), and expertise across other self serve platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Yahoo Gemini, and LinkedIn Marketing Solutions.

  • Own the day-to-day management and optimization of assigned media marketing campaigns in self serve programmatic platforms.

  • Provide monthly forecast based on historical performance of publisher partners including GP, CTR, eCPA and quality scores for each publisher.

  • Analyze campaign performance to inform daily optimizations and testing recommendations.

  • Insure that campaign KPIs and objectives are met both near and long term.

  • Manage budget allocations and bid parameters to deliver most efficient results.

  • Communicate with media representatives to negotiate the best placement and rates, and to ensure highest value-add, and optimal use of budgeted funds.


  • 1-3 years related experience required

  • Extensive experience purchasing and managing a variety of online media campaigns (banner, social media, advertorials, native, etc.) through programmatic platforms

  • Management and execution of digital media campaigns on multiple self serve ad platforms

  • Ability to analyze campaign data and make optimizations based on performance

  • Experience working in a goals based lead generation environment.

  • Experience with various deal structures including CPM, CPA, CPC and knowledge of the unique nuances and structural characteristics of campaigns.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience with campaign management/ad serving technology: DCM, Double Click Bid Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, etc…

  • Experience understanding data tends and optimizing digital campaigns, programmatic/real-time bidding (RTB) and accounts that focus on ROI is a strong plus.

Yield Management Analyst:

Yield Management Analyst will help define, analyze, and report on data and trends. As an individual contributor, you will work with many aspects of our company (Ad Ops, Media Buyer, Sales and Executive Team) to tackle our business’ biggest challenges. You will identify and prioritize opportunities, develop hypotheses and extract actionable insights by identifying patterns in structured and unstructured data.

This role will be primarily focused in 3 areas: conducting daily analysis, making recommendations based off of that analysis and ensuring data integrity. This requires a balance of technical experience in dealing with data, data sources and reporting platforms (Tableau and others) with business acumen and the understanding of how to create intuitive reports, insights and actionable intelligence for each business unit and various departments.

  • Analyze and provide insights around inventory capacity, client fulfillment and pricing across all channels, verticals, ad products and platforms.

  • Analyze web and mobile behavior, conversion trends, and success metrics to identify patterns and realize product opportunities.

  • Effectively communicate and socialize actionable results and findings throughout the organization.

  • Delivery daily recommendations to drive actionable business decisions and measure the impact of those decisions against actual performance.

  • Suggest campaign optimizations to ensure that they not only deliver in full, but also meet key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Work closely with Ad Ops, Media Buyer and Executive teams to ensure campaigns are configured for the accurate and effective collection of data and profitability.


  • 1 years of working experience in media buying, yield management or analytics role within the digital advertising area.

  • Complex problem solving skills and ability to work with large amounts of data. Ability to use data to produce insights.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, Expert level in Excel, Power Pivot or Power BI a plus.

  • Basic database knowledge, experience in data profiling and solid understanding of data warehousing a plus.

  • Basic to Intermediate experience working with creating reports and dashboards using Tableau or similar products.

  • Some knowledge of third party web and ad tracking such as DoubleClick (DFP & DFA), CJ, Rakuten, Impact Radius, Google AdWords, Google Analytics data sources and in utilizing data from such services.

  • High energy, detail-oriented, proactive self-starter with ability to take direction.

  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams, external partners/clients, and managing stakeholders - Strong cross functional leadership and consensus building

  • Flexibility – able to flow with project changes; when things shift course mid-stream, you can pivot and help the team re-orient quickly
